Born in CA Ryan as a young man had aspirations in athletics, until finding art and yoga. Ryan received his BFA in Film at the California Institute of the Arts, where his entrepreneurial and performance skills blossomed. During his time there he directed a play under James Franco, interned with Universal Studios Hollywood, and under the tutelage of Disney’s Joe Rohde and Michael Jung created The CalArts Art Festival. Upon graduating he launched a career in music production. His music was featured on sites such as The Hype Machine and The Music Ninja.
With a desire to further his musical prowess he attended a school in Iowa to study Jazz. At the end of the school year during his first summer break Ryan found his second home at Mount Madonna Center, and received his 200 HR Yoga accreditation. He then returned to Iowa and founded the first Yoga Studio in Creston Iowa while finishing his studies.
The next summer Ryan returned to MMC as an apprentice instructor in their training. After the completion of his studies, his internal compass set on Berlin. Within a short time, Ryan became a member of the Diplomatic Choir of Berlin, the Rollercoasters (Musical Improv Ensemble), a D.J. at Ecstatic Dance Berlin, and finally a lead performer in the internationally known Puppetmastaz. After departing Berlin, Ryan focused on building out his own brand and thus “ryanbellflows” was born. Ryan’s original freestyles and comedic sketches have been seen by millions and he has had the great pleasure of collaborating with some of the world's biggest YouTubers including Airrack, Harry Mack, Daniel Wall, Marc Rebillet, and many more. When he’s not creating, Ryan can be found practicing yoga/meditation, and dreaming up models for arts education and communities.
